Fundamental aspect of the assistance is considered the training of the staff that managing the plant, from the pre-start training, to the continuous updating, with personalized courses that include theoretical and practical aspects.

The training can be carried out at the headquarters of IDRO Group or organized in every part of the world, upon request they can be integrated with assessment tests and certificates of participation.
