Plant of sterilization of vegetable during washing

Location: Bergamo

Project: Design, installation and ongoing service of specified plant.

Water treatement plant: An ozone generator and a mixer which adds ozone to the water to ensure sterilization of the vegetables during washing.

Raw water source: Potable borehole water used for washing vegetables destined to be packed in “ready to eat” portions

Treated water: Safely discharged into the environment (the circuit can also be closed to re‐circulate the water).

Capacity: 24 m³/hour (400 lt/minute) of water with 130g/hour of ozone.
