The treatment for the industrial waste water containing greases, oils, hydrocarbons, muds and floating solids, or for the water with a high organic and/or inorganic charge, has always raised consistent problems. IDROENGINEERING, making use of a pluriennal experience in the waste water treatment and a significative specialization in industrial plants, offers IDRODAF, a saturated air floatator with a lamellar effect.
Tha plant consist of a three phases chemical-physical process:
- suitable reactants measuring and mixing with the fluid to be treated
- flocculation of the emulsified or dispersed substances
- muds separation with a D.A.F. (dissolved air flottation) in a specific and innovative saturated air floatator with a lamellar effect.
The IDRODAF plant allows an optimal liquid-solid separation with low bulk and not voluminous mud production, which can contain up to 10% of dry matter, a result not achievable with a normal sedimentation.
