For the dehydratation of the inorganic muds derived from chemical-physical treatments, or inert matter processing derived muds, IDROENGINEERING offers FILTROPLAT, an automatic discharge plates press-filter muds dehydratation system. It is a continuously operating appliance.
All the phases of the process:
- muds feeding,
- dehydratated mud panel formation,
- panel disposal by a device shaking the plates
are automatic, without the need of human intervention, but the washing at the end of the work.
The control on the press-filter is achieved with a PLC electronic programmer.
The filter can be mounted on a reinforced concrete or steel basement; under the chassis a particular container gathers the mud panel, discharged by gravity.
