WASTEUnlike the stabilization process for the RSU organic fraction, the quality compost formation process is only possible with the presence of strictly selected organic matter and mixed in a way that allows to check to characteristics of the finished product.
Generically, the emission of the compost stabilization process require an environment that carefully avoids smelly gas leakage during the processing phases.
An industrial shed is then built with the suitable insulation and completed with a deodorizing plant that makes smelly leaks impossible.
In the shed a preliminary selection and mixing of the organic materials is done by specific appliances in order to achieve an adequate compost.
The pre-mixed organic material is sent to a composting section where it can be kept under controlled aerobic conditions (with process air insufflation) for the required time for the stabilization (28 days approximately).
The selected material is then sent to a ripening zone where it stays for 30 more days to complete the oxydation reactions and possibly to be added with particular organic integrators.
The compost thus produced can be reused for floriculture, agriculture, and generally as a high quality vegetal soil.
